The operation was a success and after spending a few days in the hospital McBride was sent home to rest.
“He was in a lot of pain that night,” Larry McBride said. “We knew something was definitely wrong.”
Less than a week later McBride returned to work at the brothers shop Cycle Specialist in Newport News, Va.
“He’s still not able to do everything, but he’s getting around pretty good,” McBride said. “I’m glad to see he’ll be feeling better for the holidays.”
