Rumors have been circulating about the IHRA’s potential interest in Virginia Motorsports Park and the Professional Drag Racers Association (PDRA) in light of IHRA’s acquisition of multiple motorsports properties.
In an open letter to racers, fans, and partners Virginia Motorsports Park and PDRA owners Tommy and Judy Franklin addressed the future of the PDRA.
The letter does not address the future or potential sale of Virginia Motorsports Park, after several sources have reported on IHRA’s interest in the facility.
