Larry “Spiderman” McBride is reporting that Jimmy Brantley’s “Hulk” Top Fuel bike has been sold to a buyer in Australia.
“This buyer was very interested in the machine, so he flew over and we showed him how to take it apart and put it back together,” McBride said. “It’s a a done deal, he’s already paid for it.”
So does this sale mark the end of Brantley’s short but successful racing career?
“I wouldn’t say he’s done for sure,” McBride said. “We could always build him another bike if he gets the itch. We still talk on the phone all the time.”
