Cycledrag Facebook Page Hits 1 Million Followers

Larry "Spiderman" McBride

In February of 2023 the Cycledrag Facebook page hit a major milestone when it reached 1 million followers.

“I really want to thank anyone who has ever taken the time to interact on the page or watch one of our videos,” Cycldrag’s Jack Korpela said. “When I started Cycledrag in 2006 I never dreamed we would develop this kind of a following. It’s awesome.”

Cyledrag Facebook is a place to connect passionate motorcycle fans, race promotions, motorcycle-related businesses and many others.

Along with motorcycle drag racing, Cycledrag covers various motorcycle events, rallies and bike nights all over the county, sometimes all over the world.   If it has anything to do with fast, cool  motorcycles, Cycledrag is interested.

The goal for the page is simple.

“Life can be a tough battle. So many of us find motorcycles to be such an enjoyable distraction and escape.  If I can provide a little joy and entertainment, even for a few minutes a day to motorcycle fans all over the world, it’s very fulfilling to me,” Korpela said. “I hear from a lot of folks who can’t make it out to the events or ride anymore for a variety of reasons, and to hear how much they still enjoy being able to see what’s going on is very meaningful.”

“For anyone who has ever watched, I think it’s pretty clear I love motorcycles,” Korpela said.
“I meet so many folks out there who share this with me. Some of the most important people in my life, the greatest people I have ever met, I have met through our mutual love of motorcycles. It’s great to have a spot where we can all connected. Motorcycle fans will always be welcome on the Cycledrag Facebook page.”
