This beautiful 2023 Harley-Davidson CVO with only 900 miles was completely submerged in salt water on the Gulf Coast of Florida during Hurricane Helene. For a feel good story the folks at Barracuda Harley-Davidson in St. Petersburg, Fla. have set out to try to save it and transform it into a Harley CVO RR Replica.
