Suzuki Motor USA and Vance & Hines Motorsports are thrilled to announce their 2026 NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle Championship team lineup. Defending champion Richard Gadson will return to ride the Revzilla/Motul/Vance & Hines/Suzuki Hayabusa and compete head-to-head with 2024 NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle Champion and teammate Gaige Herrera on his third-generation Suzuki Hayabusa.

A Battle of Champions
Expect the intense competition to continue in 2026 as both Suzuki riders are determined to claim the top spot in the NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle Championship. Adding to the excitement, Gadson’s Revzilla/Motul/Vance & Hines/Suzuki Hayabusa will sport a stunning silver and black paint scheme, while Herrera’s bike will run the bold orange and black colors that have won the Pro Stock Motorcycle Championship three years running.
Richard Gadson: Defending His Crown

A multi-time champion in XDA, NHDRO, SEMDRA, and ManCup drag racing series, Richard Gadson made an immediate impact in the 2025 NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle season, winning the championship in impressive fashion with four national event wins, two No. 1 qualifiers, and multiple final round appearances.
“I can’t wait to kick off the 2026 season. I’m hoping we can carry the momentum that earned us the #1 plate into this year. It would be huge for our team to put our Suzuki Hayabusa’s in the winner’s circle as we celebrate the 40th anniversary of the GSX-R.” – said Gadson.
Gaige Herrera: Ready to Reclaim the Title

Gaige Herrera is back for 2026 with the Revzilla/Motul/Vance & Hines/Suzuki team and hungry to reclaim the Pro Stock Motorcycle Championship from his teammate Gadson. Herrera is always considered a threat for the championship and plans to build on his strong 2025 performance, which included seven event wins, eight No. 1 qualifiers, and an average qualifying position of 1.86.
“I’m looking ahead to the 2026 season with a lot of optimism. I’m more focused and hungrier than ever to get my Gen 3 Suzuki Hayabusa into the winner’s circle.” – said Gaige Herrera

When asked about the 2026 season, Terry Vance replied:

“The battle between competitors in NHRA is really heating up. I would not want to line up against any of the top ten racers out there because I would get my butt kicked. Then you throw in Richard Gadson and Gaige Herrera, both trying to win another championship — oh my Gosh. 2026 is going to be the best racing ever. I cannot wait for Gainesville.”
Suzuki remains dedicated to advancing motorcycle performance in professional racing, with a legacy that spans multiple NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle championships. The Suzuki Hayabusa, developed with race-proven engineering, continues to serve as the foundation for elite-level competition in the sport.
