Cycle Connection Signs on as New MIROCK Street E.T. Class Sponsor

Cycle Connection has signed on as a brand new sponsor of the MIROCK Superbike Series and wanted to support the Street E.T. racers by sponsoring their class. Shawn Sweeney (The owner of Cycle Connection) has competed in MIROCK events for years and his shop has set-up many of the bikes that compete in the MIROCK Series. With Cycle Connection’s Gaithersburg, MD location it was a natural fit for Cycle Connection to come on board as the Street E.T. class sponsor.

In 2011 the Cycle Connection Street E.T. class will have a “Street E.T. Tournament of Champions” race on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at Rockingham Dragway to determine the 2011 MIROCK Street E.T. Champion. In order to qualify for the “Street E.T. Tournament of Champions” race you must win either a Saturday or Sunday Street E.T. race during the 2011 season. All Saturday and Sunday Street E.T. winners during 2011 will automatically be entered into the “Street E.T. Tournament of Champions” race. The winner of the “Street E.T. Tournament of Champions” race will be crowned as the 2011 MIROCK Cycle Connection Street E.T. Champion.
