DENSO Products and Services Americas, Inc. today announced the continuation of its broad motorsports sponsorship program for the 2026 NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series, reaffirming its commitment to performance and long‑standing partnerships across multiple professional categories. The new season launches this weekend, March 5–8, at the 56th annual AMALIE Motor Oil NHRA Gatornationals in Gainesville, Florida.

For 2026, DENSO will once again serve as the primary sponsor of Matt Smith Racing in Pro Stock Motorcycle. The team features the championship‑winning husband‑and‑wife lineup of Matt and Angie Smith. Matt is a six‑time world champion in the class, while Angie is a three‑time national event winner. DENSO has been the primary sponsor of the duo since 2018, and the company’s support continues with associate-level sponsorships for Matt Smith Racing team riders Jianna Evaristo and John Hall.
In Pro Stock, DENSO will return as an associate sponsor of the KB Titan Racing organization, supporting a powerhouse roster that includes six‑time world champion Greg Anderson and reigning world champion Dallas Glenn. DENSO’s long relationship with Top Fuel standout Clay Millican also continues into 2026. Millican holds eight NHRA national event wins and six IHRA World Championships and remains one of the most respected figures in the sport.

DENSO will also maintain its associate partnership with Paul Lee Racing in the Funny Car category. In addition, Lee’s car will prominently feature the company’s PowerEdge® brand at four national events during the season: Mechanicsville, MD; Seattle, WA; Sonoma, CA; and Las Vegas, NV. PowerEdge branding will also appear on Matt Latino’s Pro Stock entry for the second consecutive year at the same four events.
DENSO’s long relationship with the NHRA organization itself will continue in 2026, marking the 11th year as title sponsor of the NHRA Sonoma Nationals which takes place July 17–19, 2026 at the picturesque Sonoma Raceway. The company’s PowerEdge brand will return as the presenting sponsor of the event, reinforcing DENSO’s multi‑tiered marketing presence at one of the most popular stops on the NHRA tour.

DENSO leverages its NHRA involvement to deepen connections with fans, racers, customers, and business partners. The program serves as an important platform for building brand awareness, showcasing DENSO technology, and hosting customers and VIP guests at race events nationwide.
